Xbox App not displaying conversations.

On multiple computers when I click on messages tab it shows the following message. "Try again---we had trouble getting your conversations." Refreshing page, logging in and out do not work. Like I said this happens on several different computers.

Disable game tracking?

Is there a way to disable the Xbox app on Windows 10 from displaying activities being done outside of the Xbox ecosystem on Win10? For instance, if I'm playing World of Warcraft, it shows this to my friends in their feeds. I do not want the Xbox app monitoring
for this, or at least displaying it. I've set "See your game and app history (Xbox 360: Game History)" in privacy settings to block, but it still seems to be displaying this information.

Video app tiles are still not displaying. Its incredibly annoying.

 

Same problem. Been that way for several days and no search online yet has revealed a solution. One forum post suggests changing the Windows 10 time settings to the 24-hour clock. My attempt was unsuccessful.

 

I am having the same problem with both the Xbox app and Xbox beta app

 

same problem here. its always a mess with these xbox apps.

you can be happy if you get a notification, if someone posts something to you or you see the same postings in the app, you see online at xbox ;-((

but now, i have to use the old smartglass app, to see conversations - this whole MS apps universe is terrible !

deinstall xbox app (and beta if you have installed) - install again - very very annoying....

keep in mind to user "-AllUsers" to see all packages:

 

This seemed to work on my work computer. However, I will try it on my home PC later. Xbox support suggested if you use Microsoft account to log into the computer that is different than XBL Gamertag to sign into PC with GT one. This does fix message issue,
yet you are now on different PC account so not really a fix.

 

Same problem is happening to me. I upgraded Windows 10 to Creator edition to try to resolve but now I can't even sign-in.

 

I couldn't find the easiest solution on the internet to start with, so... whilst i found out by myself... maybe this is the solution you are looking for

so this worked for me: -->go to your computer settings-->click on system-->click on Apps and parts-->click on the Xbox app-->click on advanced settings-->then click on reset.

I opened my Xbox app again and there it was... My beloved conversations

(maybe you need to sign in again, but is was not needed for me)
