    Hi all,

    I'm having this issue when trying to install games from the Xbox app on my PC.

    It seems that the Xbox app is not detecting either of my drives. I've tried game install options in the settings menu but the drop down box is blank. I've also tried reinstalling the app and that hasn't worked.

    Anyone else had a similar issue and managed to resolve it?

    Based on your description, your drives were not being detected as existing of Xbox app and that you cannot install any games because of this issue. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner for you to get back to gaming.

    We would like to ask for few things about your issue as this could be cause of outdated PC/Xbox App or the drive issue. Please share details to the following questions.

    1. Is this the first time you use Drive D, E, and F as storage of your games from Xbox app?
    2. How many games installed from Xbox app that were stored on these drives?
    3. Can you launch the games installed from the Xbox app?
    4. Are these drives visible when you try to save a document?
    5. What troubleshooting steps you have already performed?
    6. Are these drives internal or external?
