    Just keeps saying cant find device. I have a smart tv an av receiver and the xbox wired to the same network. I connect to everything using mobile apps. Everything works but the xbox app. It was working then it suddenly stopped working one day no idea why.

    Hi there, if you uninstall the Xbox app on your mobile device, power your device off and back on, and reinstall the app, did that help with the issue you're experiencing?

    Also, if you try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network, do you see any difference?

    Can't get smartglass to connect

    I'm trying to connect my Smartglass while playing,but it isn't finding my Xbox. I have it set to connect to any Smartglass device in the settings. Does anyone have any additional advice? Both the XB1 and my iPad Smartglass app are signed in under the same Xbox account.

    Hi Dalton,

    Thanks for your update. Have you checked your Xbox App connectivity settings on your Xbox One? These settings affect usability of remote apps for Mobile and Windows 10 Devices. To access them, visit
    Settings>Preferences>Xbox app connectivity on your Xbox One. There you would want to enable connectivity for devices that are signed into a profile on your console or any device with the Xbox app.
