    Xbox App - No teredo in DM; Unable to Qualify, Connectivity Blocked - Clueless at this point.


    I am completely stumped.

    I purchased a new PC earlier this year - brand new, top of the line. With a fresh boot of the PC, my Xbox App has been completely unable to access the X-box live services.

    I have followed all steps on the support thread - I have been through Services and the IP Helper, I have done stuff in CMD with the netsh to enable and disable teredo. I have searched for drivers for teredo. I'm clueless at this point. No Teredo
    software or hardware appears in my Device Manager whatsoever. I have spent over a month trying to resolve this. My last PC had absolutely no issue with this. MS Support suggested it's the router - infeasible since: A; Router has not been changed and my last
    PC did this fine. B: A direct Modem-to-PC connection resulted in the exact same issue.

    I have searched high and low on forums for something of substance; the only thing I found at one point was some guy saying that his Intel processor (which I also have intel) was somehow blocking connectivity. Any real help would be great.

    Teredo is unable to qualify

    I keep getting an issue on the xbox app on windows 10 PC, it says NAT type: Teredo is unable to qualify and my server connectivity is blocked and i have looked at all forums on the microsoft website and nothing seems to fix my issue

    I can't play with my friends in online games from gamepass like human fall flat or gang beasts

    I tried and the same thing happened, it keeps going to TEREDO is unable to qualify and the server connectivity is blocked but oddly enough every time I go to the XBOX networking setting, the NAT type is moderate and the server connectivity is blocked but then when I press fix it button, it goes to TEREDO is unable to qualify and server connectivity is blocked but sometimes the NAT type is moderate, I don't know how to explain it really, it just happens

    If it says Blocked, your PC was unable to establish a Teredo IPsec connection to the Quality of Service (QoS) server. If
    you also see Teredo is unable to qualify next to NAT type, visit the Teredo
    troubleshooting page     first to resolve that issue. Then check to see if Server connectivity no longer shows Blocked.https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-on-windows/social/server-connectivity-xbox-app-displays-blocked
