    Xbox App Nat Open but Blocked


    So i have 2 computers at home.

    One is a big rig that works like a charm. I use it to play Forza 4 Horizon on. and its all good, no issues.

    Then i have a MSI GL63 8SE Laptop the my 14 year old son uses.

    This laptop is hooked up to a Netger Nighthawk Router.

    We decided it was time to co-op some Forza, so i got him the game but not we have an issue that really cripples our fun dad and son time.

    In his Xbox app settings he gets this:

    Nat - Open

    Server connectivity - Blocked

    So the Upnp it clearly open but its blocked. so i have done all of this:

    The only thing i have NOT done is port forwarding to the laptop, since we are 2 that play the same game that wont work either way.

    What els can we do?

    We have reinstalled windows 10 but still no luck. its horrible and im seriously considering a demand of money back since its blocked and wont work.

    xbox (beta) app shows moderate NAT type

    It would seem they still haven't fixed this problem two years later. I routinely get 'Open' for my wired Xbox 360 NAT yet only 'Moderate' for my wired PC Xbox app NAT. Also server connectivity in the app says 'Blocked'.

    Xbox Server Connectivity - Connected but changes to Blocked after a few minutes in party chat.

    I have the same issue. I tried everything on this site:

    My Xbox App Settings:

    Internet: Connected

    Live-Services: Running

    Multiplayer:

    NAT-Type: Open

    Server connectivity: Blocked

    Latency: 185ms

    Paketloss: 1%

    Any Ideas?
