Xbox app (mobile) sign in issue

I appreciate your effort. To isolate the issue, try to sign in your account to an Xbox app on a different mobile. If it works fine, the issue must be the app's compatibility on your device. I would advise you to leave a feedback through the app store by searching the app there so the Xbox Team will be able to investigate and fix the app issue with their next update.

I'm having the same issue with a Samsung a53 5g i hope you can fix it because i dont have my xbox set up all i want to use it for is to speak to my friends and i cant because the app isnt working

This is my exact same problem! I reinstalled app and now I'm having these exact same issues. I was also logged in for a very long time when this started happening

It's a Razer 2, and some information I left out was I was previously signed in for a very long time. After uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox app I arrived at the problem I am facing now. I thought it was a brilliant idea to reset chrome's cache (default browser) and try it on data instead of wifi but still have the same issue.

Since signing in through the Xbox app requires a browser, try to clear your default browser's data then try to sign in again to the app. You may also try to connect using a different connection. Try it on Wi-Fi or mobile data.
