Xbox App Logging Me Out

So, I used to have my Xbox One running and would use either the smart glass app on my phone or log into the Xbox App on Win10 a lot in the past. However, recently I've noticed that when I log into either, it signs me out of my Xbox and does the whole "you
are signed in on another device" message. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

Xbox Logging Me Out

Every single time I sign into my Xbox live account it usually logs me out, then I log back in and I'm good. Sometimes it takes 10 times just to sign in and it's painful. This all started to happen after the latest update. Anyone else having this problem?

Try logging out of the app and the store (even from your smartphone on the Xbox app). Then login again.

To resolve your concern, you can follow the suggested steps on this
link to resolve issues signing in to the Xbox App.

The error message that you got means, some games only let you play them as the same Xbox account on one device at a time.

On the error screen, you'll have the option to sign out of that account on the other device and play on the device you want to use, or you can switch to a different Xbox account.

You can be signed in to the Xbox app on as many devices as you like, but you can only sign in on an Xbox Live-enabled game in one place at a time to avoid collisions with your saved games and achievements.

Hello Bf206, this is really strange because your account as an Admin should enter the Xbox App without any problems.

Have you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 22H2.

If you haven't updated yet, click the link below, update, and make all subsequent security updates.

Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

I have the same issue BUT when i log out of the xbox app, hitman will work for me(obviously you need to login into your account again).

However i have to log out of the xbox app everytime i launch the game

Thanks for the answer.

Open the xbox app and log out of your account. Then go to your microsoft store and log out as well.

Then enter the microsoft store again, and finally also log in to the xbox app.

If it doesn't work, reinstall the xbox app
