    hey so i have this weird issue when i try to log in to the xbox app on windows 10, when i click on log in the screen goes black for a bit and then i end up in the store without anything else happening. I am logged in to the microsoft account on windows
    10. There is no error message or anything like that, just nothing happens when i try to log in. anyone has any ideas why this is happening? thanks

    yeah, the first time i tried logging in was right after e3 microsoft press conference, and i have tried multiple times since then. And i always turn off my pc completely for the night.

    I haven't seen that happen. Have you tried doing a cold boot on your PC my shutting it down completely then starting it back up?

    How are you, Warden?

    Does this error appear when trying to log in with your account on the Xbox app?

    If yes, close the Xbox app and download the Xbox Companion app and try logging in with your account on the Xbox companion app, after logging in open the Xbox app and see if that solves the problem.

    Log off from EA desktop app and Xbox app, use EA recovery app to clear app cache. Open the Xbox app, log in with your account, open the EA app and log in using your Xbox account option.

    After that try downloading the trial again. If the problem persists, contact EA.
