    Xbox app log-in problem


    Hello, since a few days im having problem accessing the xbox app on my computer. It used to automatically access my account. Now it doens't and if i click on Access, a grey intermittent window pops up for a few seconds and then nothing happends. I can access with the store account but not with the gaming account.

    I've tried to reset the cache on windows store and i removed and accessed again with my microsoft account on the computer but nothing changes. The version of the app seems updated to 2101.1002.1.0.

    I don't know what else to try...please help

    yeah, the first time i tried logging in was right after e3 microsoft press conference, and i have tried multiple times since then. And i always turn off my pc completely for the night.

    I haven't seen that happen. Have you tried doing a cold boot on your PC my shutting it down completely then starting it back up?

    How are you, Warden?

    Does this error appear when trying to log in with your account on the Xbox app?

    If yes, close the Xbox app and download the Xbox Companion app and try logging in with your account on the Xbox companion app, after logging in open the Xbox app and see if that solves the problem.

    Log off from EA desktop app and Xbox app, use EA recovery app to clear app cache. Open the Xbox app, log in with your account, open the EA app and log in using your Xbox account option.

    After that try downloading the trial again. If the problem persists, contact EA.
