    Xbox app log in error


    Hi,

    I try to do multi player Minecraft game with my son.

    I’ve purchased the game in the website, which says it has the better together feature updated.

    I’ve installed the Xbox app on my ipad, iPhone and my android phone and try to login from the devices.

    But in all the Xbox applications, it says

    "Sorry, something went wrong, give it another try or try on Xbox.com"

    I tried to login on the Minecraft app, but it shows the same error message while logging in.

    What is the issue and how can I solve it? Can anyone help me?

    Error Code when trying to log in

    Different code but same problem. Can log into Xbox.com fine but can't log into Xbox One, Windows 10 Xbox app, or the Mobile app. Keeps asking for password over and over and over...

    Xbox One Achievements won't pop...

    I saw that error yesterday when I was trying to access my achievements. I just logged off and logged back on and the error went away.

    Are you trying to log into a game or the Xbox App? If you're on Android, and trying to log into the Xbox or Game Pass app, I'd recommend searching the store for "Xbox (Beta)" or "Game Pass (Beta)" and see if you get the same error there.

    Is the error code an Android system error or an App error you're getting? Also, can you provide the make and model of your phone and what version of Android you're running?
    It is an app error. Microsoft msge says to try again. Device is Nokia 7. Has been fine til recently. App usually logs in automaticallt when opened but now this error appears

    Does this error appear when trying to log in with your account on the Xbox app?

    If yes, close the Xbox app and download the Xbox Companion app and try logging in with your account on the Xbox companion app, after logging in open the Xbox app and see if that solves the problem.

    Issue logging into Microsoft store and Xbox app on windows 10 build 1809
