Xbox App loads forever on PC

When you say "clean install" how did you do it?
Via windows settings?

Let's try covering first the thing with the account.
Create a new local administrator user in your PC and try using a different Microsoft account there

If that doesn't work, make sure the next services are up and running
Press Windows button and type Services

On Services App from the list of results, press right-click and run it as administrator

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming Services

And do this with each of the services listed above:

Right-click over the service and select Properties.
Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic (if not, change it to automatic)
If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services

Restart your PC and try again.

Thank you for the reply. Your information was helpful in my troubleshooting.

I tried setting the xbox services to automatic and restarting my computer.

I also tried creating a new local account.

Neither of these fixed my issue. However, I decided to reinstall windows 10 from USB installation media created by the Microsoft media creation tool. After doing this, the xbox app worked as expected.

This leads me to believe that I did not perform a true "clean install" of windows 10 because there must have been some settings or changes left over from my old installation. I would expect that doing an install through the windows settings and choosing the "cloud download" option would leave no trace of past data but it seems that this is not the case.

I only experience the white screen using the IE app on my Xbox One; if I'm using my PC, some pages just continuously seem to load forever...

Elite on PC sucks, it takes forever to load. Any other website loads instantly and I have no probs Xbox Elite either.
