Xbox app Loading screen

1. Click Start > All apps > Windows PowerShell.
2. Right-click Windows PowerShell and click More > Run as Administrator.
3. In the Windows PowerShell window, copy and paste the following command: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage
   
4. Restart your device so that the changes can take effect.
5. To reinstall the Xbox app, go to Windows Store and search Xbox app.

Regrettably tried this with no improvement or functionality. App attempts to load and then crashes back to Xbox Home screen.

i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. this had no effect. i ran the troubleshooter. this had no effect.

here's what happens:

1. i launch the app.

2. it loads, and gives me the page that allows me to select classic, jigsaw jam, or daily challenge.

3. no matter which option i pick, the screen shows the app loading, and before it completes loading i get a black screen, then a white screen with a rotating black loading cirle, then the app crashes.
