Xbox App Keyboard Still Not Working

Tried all these still no keyboard and I have the app but I'd still expect everything on the Xbox to work after spending £420 on it.

Although, a fancier keyboard and mouse that requires certain drivers for extra buttons/features may not be 100% compatible. However, You would still be able to use the base functions.

Note Xbox supports the use of mouse and keyboard in some games and apps, but it doesn’t work for every game or app. The game or app publisher must enable this feature for their content.

Xbox One, not all game and app supports mouse and keyboard. For some games and app, the mouse and keyboard support feature need to enabled before you can use it. It's recommended you consult the game or app publisher if you're not sure about this.

2. Almost every USB keyboard work with Xbox One. It depends on the game or the app you'll play on Xbox One. To use a USB keyboard or mouse on Xbox One, you'll need an input adapter. See

3. Yes. The controller will still be active when you're using the keyboard or mouse. And you can use the controller to configure the mouse.

I bought a Akko keyboard and a razor mouse. The keyboard connects to my Xbox but doesn’t work but my mouse works fine.

Hi yeah so uh it didn't work for me for some reason, it still froze like the app froze but still register's my clicks and keyboard input.
