Xbox App keeps restarting undefinitly

Normally the solutions you tried would solve the problem, I suggest you try using the windows corrupt file recovery tool, to do that you should follow the instructions contained and arranged by Microsoft in the article below.

- If the above solution doesn't solve the problem, try to clean boot your windows, maybe some third-party application like antivirus or other software is conflicting with the Xbox application, to do that follow the instructions of the article below, please.

- If the solution above doesn't solve the problem, proceed with the reinstallation of your windows, be it Windows 10 or 11, rest assured your files will be kept, as it is just a repair.

Download the Create Windows 10 installation media application from the link below, at the end of the download run the application, and then follow the instructions given by the program at the end click on upgrade. Rest assured none of your files will be lost, this is a system restore that will try to fix this error.

Hi Mateus, and thanks for your feedback.
So, I tried all the solutions, also the reinstalation of Windows, and it doesnèt resolved the problem.
BUT, I found the solution.
I used to use the Xbox app in French with localisation language in french and azerty. But since few weeks, I change my keyboard to a qwerty one, and turn the localisation english. So I tried to switch back to french language by default, and the app turn back in french and donèt crash anymore.
So itès all good for me now, maybe itès an issue to fix for other users

Thanks for the update. Please follow the steps below:

1. Type powershell into the Start menu or Taskbar search box, right click it and choose "Run as administrator".

2. PowerShell will be opened as administrator.

3. Type or copy-paste the following command:

Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxApp | Remove-AppxPackage

4. Wait till the process is done and then type "exit" to close PowerShell.

5. Restart your PC and once you reboot it check if your Xbox App will install automatically, if not install the App and test it out.

Please make sure that you have an updated operating system, by simply following the steps below:

Settings > Updates & Security > Check for update.

That’s great improvement. Now please reset the Microsoft Store App by following the steps below:

On your search bar type “wsreset” then run as administrator, wait for the Microsoft Store App to launch before restarting your PC. Check if that will fix the issue.
