Xbox App keeps quitting as it opens

Discus and support Xbox App keeps quitting as it opens in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Every time I try to open the xbox app it loads with a black screen and the xbox logo, however a couple seconds later it will just quit without an error...     Xbox App keeps quitting as it opens


    Every time I try to open the xbox app it loads with a black screen and the xbox logo, however a couple seconds later it will just quit without an error code. I tried reinstalling xbox app and game services. I am not sure what to do anymore.

    Quitting the app or game fully before opening a new game or app might fix this issue.

    Hello Fernando! Thanks for responding! The technique you provided didn't quite work for this problem. My app isn't currently open, as when this problem started, it immediately deleted all apps downloaded by the Xbox app.

    If there’s a possibility the game or app has been running in the background for a long time, quit and restart it.

    To keep this from happening again, quit the game before you switch activities on your Xbox One console.

    Yea this is hugely annoying. I think when certain apps launch the One needs to quit other open apps.
