Discus and support XBox app keeps nagging about expiring credit card in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; Everytime I start the app I get a notification banner about a credit card that's about to expire.     XBox app keeps nagging about expiring credit card


    Everytime I start the app I get a notification banner about a credit card that's about to expire. But I have checked, and I don't have any expired card registered as a payment method. Has anyone else seen the same issue, and in that case what did you do to resolve it?

    I've tried getting hold of some kind of support but it's freaking impossible to get in touch with a human being through the Xbox support portal...

    I've never had the issue, but you may want to contact billing to see if they can make sure there isn't anything going on with your account. You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

    Same problem here and apparently Microsoft don't bother to give an answer. Not a big issue, just annoying having that big green notification on the top of the screen.

    Exact same problem here. Ignoring for now, but FFS Microsoft...
