Xbox app keeps crashing when uploading a video at 97-98% mark

Hey support, I have tried everything under the sun to fix this problem. I have tried this on 2 different PCs, I have installed windows twice. I have reinstalled xbox app and windows store countless times. Yet I cannot fix this problem. Why the actual F***
do the xbox app have so many issues? I have been trying to upload videos I have recorded using gameDVR and every time I try to bloody upload it it crashes the app at 97%-98% mark? Please help me find the solution to this issue. I am copy and pasting the info from
event viewer so you can see the error codes

Xbox app crashes during uploading videos

I created a montage using editing software not on the xbox and clips in my DVR. I tried uploading the video using Window 10 Xbox app, it crashes. The app crashing every time at about 98% - 99%. I have done smaller test with photos and clip not edited from
the xbox DVR, and they failed as well. Is there away around this? eta on an update to fix this?

 

Xbox App DVR crashing at 98% when uploading game clips

The DVR will let me upload minesweeper clips perfectly fine but if I try to upload any other game clips like Gears of War 4 or games that aren't windows such as DayZ it will freeze and crash at 98%. (no 3rd party editing is being used,
only using DVR)

Re-installed the app, my upload speed it 25mb+, all updates are installed, I have tried the beta app, Tried different recording types ( 30/60fps, 1080/720p )

Sometimes it lets me upload, but crashes 99.99% of the time... Been in touch with microsoft support and they aren't helping at all. Told me to do the anniversary update and restart dvr broadcast server from task manager.

Just want to share a few clips.

 

Same thing happens to me man it's really sad it works maybe one out of 10 or 15 times i try its been literally over a year with this issue, the Xbox app really is appalling even after so much time has passed even the Xbox beta app is a joke its literally
a carbon copy of the normal app with the same exact issue Jesus Microsoft I even went to your support and they basically just said they'd get back to me and surprise (or not really at all) nothing has been done nor have I been contacted honestly i'm done trying
i'm done with you Microsoft i really am it's sad things went from working to now being this pile of literal dog feces It just reminds me of the horrid games for windows live client that came before it and honestly I never thought i'd say this but I miss GFWL
because it actually worked sometimes literally this app NEVER works properly every time I'm asked to go rate the application in the windows store I just close it and i'm just sick of it being so bad lmfao I bet they're gonna delete this comment xD

 

I found a fix for this issue last month, but it hasn't gone around yet:

before you upload,

try collpasing the window with the "collapse" button at the top left of the app, then upload
