Discus and support xbox app keeps breaking for no apparent reason, and xbox support cant help me they said. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; as the question says, i'm very frustrated this keeps happening serveral times a month, and i now i can't get help from chat support, i'm paying money...     xbox app keeps breaking for no apparent reason, and xbox support cant help me they said.


    as the question says, i'm very frustrated this keeps happening serveral times a month, and i now i can't get help from chat support, i'm paying money for gamepass, and i can't even get help from support now. what is going on with this app that it keeps breaking every time i turn arround, ive reinstalled windows once before and i lost saved games and other important things after reinstall, i'm beyond frustrated at the service you give me. how can i prevent this from happening? please help

    I did a reset on the Xbox (keep games and apps) and that worked, but only for a few days. Tonight, I suddenly started getting disconnected again over and over for no apparent reason. I'm restarting the Xbox and the app to see if it helps, but that hasn't
    solved anything in the past. I'd like to avoid having to reset my Xbox once a week just to keep streaming.

    Thank you for responding, it's PC. The Xbox app was being a Microsoft application and only showing me half my game library for no apparent reason. I found it now!
