Xbox App keep FREEZING Every time Please Help

I have both the xbox app and the beta app. all in the latest versions and they keep freezing every 30 seconds or so. I click on a friend, it will try loading the profile and freeze. I click on achievement, it will freeze. anything I do makes it freeze and
then I will have to restart it every time. I have a surface pro 3 i5 4300u 8GB RAM 256GB

Xbox 360 Issue HELP!

The other day, I was on my Xbox 360 and tried downloading the WWE Network app when my console froze. I restarted the system and logged back into my Xbox Live account and now every time I do log back in, my system freezes on the dashboard. It only does this when I log into my Xbox Live account. If I skip login, I do not have any issues.

Could someone help me please?!

 

blu ray app keeps on freezing

Hi there i was wondering anyone could help me please..i'm having trouble with the blu ray app..every time i try to watch a dvd the app keeps on freezing so i cant get the chance to watch any dvds..i have uninstall the app, and reinstall it, but the same
keeps on happening. : (

Do you mind helping us out by providing some additional information?

Please install the Xbox Beta app from the store HERE:
https://www.microsoft.com/store/apps/9nblggh1j27h

See if you can reproduce this behavior using the beta app (which can simply run side by side with the main Xbox app). If you can, click on the feedback button in the navigation pane on the left (at the very bottom - looks like a smiley face). Then select
"Report a problem" and provide a quick explanation of the app hanging behavior. This will send us more detailed logs which we can examine to help determine what might be happening.

Sorry - I missed that part. Would you please reproduce the behavior in the beta app and then select the Feedback button and then the "Report feedback" option? That will send us logs which might help identify the issue.

so I just reproduced it, it froze. I restarted the app and just reported feedback

I can't guarantee that. We'll definitely be looking into your report and seeing what we can do about it. We do like to keep communication as open as we can and update our customers and fans, but I can't guarantee we'll respond to every report we get. Keep
looking for new releases of our app, however, as we're always trying to fix bugs and improve the user experience. I can't comment on internal processes or how we'll handle this specific bug, but we do try to improve everything we can, and we prioritize larger
issues over smaller ones. I hope this helps!

hi, thanks for getting back to me. Yes I am a windows 10 insider currently . I am running build 10565 . Also before I joined the insider program, I had this issue as well.

 

OK. There is a large memory leak bug in the WIP OS build 10565 which specifically causes Xbox app and runtimebroker.exe to consume all memory on your system which would exacerbate the situation with the Xbox app as well (one of the known issues in Gabe's
blog on that build). Looking to address things soon - stay tuned. Thanks.
