    The Xbox app has been giving me issues since I installed it on my PC the other day. I was trying to play Starfield (I have GamePass Ultimate) and both Windows and the Xbox app kept giving me an error, essentially saying I don't have permission to play it. So I tested it out with other games in app. I tried Among Us (GamePass) and Doom (1993) (Owned). Both gave me the same error as Starfield. I updated all drivers, updated everything related to Windows 11 OS (including optional updates per tech support), and updated everything in the Windows Store. This didn't work. Tech support told me to enter a code into the cmd with admin permissions. I can't remember exactly what it was, but it had something to do with the Teredo. We verified I only had one internet connection set up (no wifi on my PC so I only had my hardline). Then they took control and tried a lot of things on the backend of my PC that I couldn't follow all of. Then they told me to try and restart my PC again. That didn't work, so they told me to reset my PC and that that would without a doubt fix my problem.

    It didn't.

    So I went through and updated everything. Again. And it still gives me the same error. The tech support guy sent me an email saying to let him know if the reset didn't work. So I let him know. And he just said to come here.

    I just want to play the games I pay for.

    The tech's name/username was Jerson if that makes any difference.

    Hi! I was wondering if it says the same thing when you sign into your account on xbox? If so, it means that your account was locked, and you have to sign in on PC. When you do, it'll ask you for your phone number. Just put in your number and it'll send you
    a code to put in to unlock your account. If this doesn't help you may need to contact Xbox Support in order to get your account back on track.
