    Xbox App IOS “Problem with my Account”


    Hello, I have been using the Xbox app for quite some time now to communicate with friends since I do not have a microphone for my Xbox. The other day I got signed out of the app and when I open the app it gives me two options: to sign in or connect to
    a console. Everytime I click sign in a screen pops up saying, “There is a problem with your Microsoft account. To fix this, sign in to account.live.com from a browser.” I of course went to the suggested website and I tried several things and it still
    will not work. I am unsure what it means when it says there is a problem with my account. I have even tried deleteing and redownloading the app but it still continues to bring me to that page. It does not give me an option to type my account username and password
    or anything. I am very confused and would like help asap, I have no form of verbal communications with my friends. Xbox App IOS “Problem with my Account” :(

    Mojang has offered a workaround that may work for people who are interested in playing Minecraft on their iOS device. To try this fix, do the following:

    1. Close Minecraft on your iOS device. This means fully closing out of the game by opening the multitasking menu and swiping up on Minecraft.
    2. Open the Xbox app on your iOS device. You can download the app here if you don't already have it installed.
    3. Tap on the hamburger menu.
    4. Navigate to Settings.
    5. Tap sign-out to sign-out from Xbox Live.
    6. Close the Xbox app on your iOS device. You can fully close out of the app by opening the multitasking menu and swiping up on the Xbox app.
    7. Open the Xbox app and follow the guidance to sign back into Xbox Live.
    8. Launch Minecraft.
    9. Attempt to sign in with your Microsoft Account again.
