    Hi all,

    Ever since I created a account with xbox the app has not been working at all. It keeps giving me Oops looks like you’re stranded.

    1. I Have the same isue on both iphone and Ipad. Every game tile I press in the app gives me a error.

    2. The only thing that seems to work in the app is the “my library tab”

    3. I tried deleting the app and redownloading. I also tried resetting my iphone completly from scratch. I also downloaded all the latest updates for IOS and xbox app on iphone and on Ipad.

    4. Gamepass app works perfectly, no problem at all with the Gamepass app. Its only the xbox app that is causing the issue.

    The only thing I can come up with that could be the problem here that I cannot test myself, is that its a region thing that is causing a problem, which is preventing the xbox app from connecting with the local server. To give more context to this, my Apple
    account is (European) however I am based in Asia. So I dowloaded the Xbox app through the European Apple server but Since I am in Asia the Xbox app is trying to connect through a Asia server within the xbox app.

    Anyone might have a idea if this is the reason why its not working? Or even better a sollution on getting this app to work?

    Hmmm... the terms mention April not May - could the tracker be using the information from last month? I tried (or had a few people try) a few accounts and they all say the same thing. Tracker broken?
