Xbox app install freeze

Discus and support Xbox app install freeze in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I have installed the installer through the Microsoft website and whenever i hit install it freezes no error message or anything anyone know how to fix...     I have installed the installer through the Microsoft website and whenever i hit install it freezes no error message or anything

    anyone know how to fix this?

    1)Madden 12 (disc, installed to 16gb flash drive)

    2)Final Fantasy XIII-2 (disc, installed to official 60gb HDD)

    3)Sales & Specials app (installed to official 60gb HDD)

    4)Amazon Video App (installed to official 60gb HDD)

    5)Xbox Video app (installed to official 60gb HDD)

    I'm hoping to be able to resume playing my games without the freezing. I hope this additional information helps.

    No freezing for Black Ops 2 installed on HDD but for YouTube app it freezes a lot.. weird eh

    well, I have tried reinstalling the app but the app installer is doing the same thing where it loads the Xbox logo then just freezes there that also happened the first time I tried to install it.
