    Hi. I just redeemed a game pass subscription to my Microsoft account, which is linked to a Xbox live account.

    When I try to install a game which is included in the game pass, the Xbox app on PC redirects my to the subscription managing page, only to show me that I already have a subscription.

    After a few tries, it didn't redirect me to a page but shows a blank square with an X button on it, and nothing else. Help?

    Purchased Game Pass Ultimate - but Xbox App fails to load the active subcription & asks me to Join GP Again

    I have same problem, xbox app on pc won't recognize i have game pass ultimate. Mobile app dose.even on web it reflects, not chaked on consol. Microsoft store late me download, install & play game pass games.

    It seems there is issue whith pc app. All usual measures does not help me.

    Yes I'm sure that I do. It says very clearly on the offer page: "Unlimited access to over 100 high-quality PC games"

    Support hasn't been any help here. I've just been told to reinstall the app, which I've tried to no avail.

    I realize this is a beta so issues are to be expected, but the experience is totally broken for me (and probably others) and so far I can't get any help at all. Even the page for reporting and issue and asking for a refund are broken too... It would be great
    if someone could escalate this to the development team; it seems like a bug.

    Do you have the right subscription plan? Because you can usa Game Pass PC or Game Pass Ultimate on a Windows 10 PC, but if you have only the Xbox Game Pass subscription, this plan is valid only for Xbox console.

    The whole thing is too broken to just be in "BETA" [Mod Removed]. When it literally doesnt let you access anything you're paying for, its kinda
    [Mod Removed]. 1 corrupted file and now none of my game pass games work.
