    xbox app help plz


    so i re-formatted my comp clean start on win10 ... xbox app was working fine, till i installed the windows updates.... Now when i use xbox app all i get is this

    My Xbox is turned on, but when i click turn on in the app all it does is say "powering on" then changes back to "Turn on"..

    What happened?.plz fix this

    Hi Topher, We have reported this issue to the developers to investigate. What would be of great help is if are able to reproduce and once you experience this issue immediately report via Xbox App Beta using the "report a problem" so logs are included with
    the report to help with the investigation.

    Hi Topher. So I have had the same issue in the past, do you keep your Xbox on instant start or energy saver? I found clearing the Xbox cash helped. There are a few ways to do that, one is to change it to energy saver, and turn off the Xbox, wait a min
    or so. Or you can unplug the power brick from the Xbox and the wall, wait for the light to switch from with to yellow, then hook everything back up, and restart.
