Xbox App Glitched?

So uh, for a couple weeks now ive been trying to change my gamer pic in the xbox app, but everytime i tried it just says that the picture cant be uploaded and to try again later. Ive tried a bunch of different pics and even uninstalled and reinstalled
it, but it wont let me change it. Is anyone else having the problem or is there anything i can do to fix this? Thanks for your time.
