    XBOX APP GAMES CRASHING


    I joined PC Game pass few day ago, however i can't play any games downloaded from Xbox APP because all games are crashing after the loading screen. It only happens with games from Xbox app, all games from steam, epic games and EA APP are working as it should.

    Hi Autumn, sorry to hear the game is crashing. Can you tell us what version of the app your using? Does the game also crashing when using the Xbox App (Beta)?

    As I said before it's not an issue with the game. The Xbox app itself is what's crashing.

    Does the Xbox App crash or does the game crash?

    If it's the Xbox (Beta) App, I'd say go to settings > Apps then find the Xbox (Beta) app and click "Advanced Options". From there, click the "Reset" button for the app. Restart the computer and see if that helps.

    You could also try launching the games directly from the start menu without the Xbox App and see if that helps your ability to launch the game?

    If it's the game that's crashing, then I'd say try doing the reset with the games that are causing issues, but for that we might need some more information, such as the specs of your PC? CPU, GPU, Memory, etc. can help us identify some other areas we might
    need to investigate for troubleshooting.

    Anytime i try to start or join a party on the xbox console companion app it just has a loading symbol next to my mouse for a few seconds and then the app completely crashes and now i just cant join partys anymore without the app crashing.
    The same thing also happens with the xbox game bar
