Xbox app games are either unplayable due to lag or wont start at all

I play games on my ASUS TUF laptop with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800h processor, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti GPU, and 16gb RAM. I have never had any issue playing even somewhat system intensive games through steam at high graphics settings (middle earth: shadow of war and hitman 2 both run fine on high graphics settings for example) but all the games I have attempted to play through the xbox app for some reason don't work. Sea of thieves, humankind and the ascent all have prohibitively low frame rates that make the game unplayable and aren't at all effected by adjusting the graphics settings, and curse of the dead gods closes on startup. I've tried messing with GPU settings, I've uninstalled and redownloaded the games and reset the xbox app, I've ensured all my drivers and my system are updated, I've performed dark rituals with terrible costs but nothing has made the games run properly. Is this a known issue or is something wrong with my windows 10?

Before we dive into the troubleshooting process, can you confirm if you're attempting to run the games through the GeForce experience? If not, please follow a few of the troubleshooting suggestions below;

1. Ensure that you are running the Xbox App as admin to see if that resolves the game issue.
2. Attempt to launch the game(s) from the start menu instead of the Xbox Application.
3. Delete all the games you've downloaded from the Xbox App and attempt to download them from the Microsoft Store App instead. As long as you're logged into your primary account linked to GPU, it will still register as a GPU title.
4. If you're able to launch a game but notice that the lag is still apparent, try turning off the integrated graphics. You can do this by visiting the Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3D Options > Global Settings.

Mw3 multiplayer unplayable due to lag. How do i fix this?

Almost every 1v1 Ive played has been either like laggy to the point of frame rate stutter, or the small lag where inputs wont register. Private matches have been mostly stable, but any public stuff is unplayable for me.

Someone help mw2 works fine for me on xbox one but I just wasted $30 on mw3 for Xbox one because it is unplayable in multiplayer due to lag.
