Xbox app gamerpic

My gamer pic changes on its own. the current Pic is not the one I chose and I can't change it on xbox app (if I check my gamer pic on website or Xbox console it's the one I chose when I set my account
wich is what I want, but on xboxapp pc and mobile it's a pic of a girl this Pic I did not set) note: I am unable to change the Pic on xbox app and I stress on the word xbox app. I tried changing it but when I select the gamer Pic I want and save it nothing
changes (the gamerPic is not custom)
