Xbox App Game Trailer lag. Nvidia GPU

Hello, I will list the changes I made that fixed the game trailer lag for myself. Maybe a qualified windows rep will make a post or reply somewhere that addresses this to other Xbox Game App users. I can't believe I am saying this but the Xbox App is actually a fun screen to glance over at Windows startup, so it is nice to actually have playable game trailers.

These are the Nvidia Control Panel items that seem to affect the game trailer results.

1. Set Up Gsync: Fullscreen or Fullscreen and Windowed.

2. Manage 3D Settings, add Microsoft Gaming App to the program list.

3. Monitor Technology Feature & Setting.

4. Preferred refresh rate Feature & Setting.

5. Vertical Sync Feature & Setting.

Current performance-related programs in my OS at startup.

1. Nvidia GeForce Experience Version 3.22.0.32. Enable Experimental Features - ( On )

In-Game Overlay: ( On ).

2. Nvidia Control Panel App

3. Win10 Game Mode: ( On ). Win10 Game Bar ( Off ) --> Only because I use GeForce Experience Overlay and don't want Game Bar, GeForce Experience and Steam overlay all active at once.

4. Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling: ( On )

5. Variable refresh rate: ( On )

6. MSI Center: 1 MSI Center Feature installed, ( User Scenario ).

Nvidia Control Panel Performance: ( High )

Winver 20H2 OS Build 19042.985

Ryzen 7 3800X

RTX 2060

32gb Ram, 3600MHz

Asus Monitor, 1080P 144hz

Corsair CX750M

MSI Gaming Edge Wifi Motherboard.

2, 1TB Nvme 970 Evo installed.

never seen any of these issues and i use nvidia too. but i have recently stopped using nvidia experience. i use gamebar for now as i need it for some of the microsoft games as it is the best and sometimes the only way to accept an invite.

The bcast (GameDvr) has my integrated GPU selected as it's primary dependent when it should be my Nvidia GTX 970m GPU but the Xbox App utilizes my Nvidia not the cast.

Don't worry mate.

You have to update the GPU drivers to run correctly the game:

Nvidia: Nvidia GPU drivers Radeon: Ryzen GPU drivers

If it worked, no problem !!

Typically s your gpu any good enough

The system requirements for xbox pc games is nvidia or amd gpus

None of which use the generic driver

Intel apus don't cut it

Go to the manufacturer of your gpu website and download the correct drivers

If it ain't an amd or nvidia you won't be able to run most games

Both have custom software and installs for their gpus

Oh there are just nothing under 2grand

A vega gpu or a nvidia

Radeon pros are workstation gpus what do you expect

A.workstation gpu uses more professional.stuff like auto.cad not benchmarks in gaming

Do you think a cgi colbalt gpu would outperform a nvidia in gamjng? No

It would do well in 3d models and autocad and movies though
