    When i try to do things such as using unline tuning and online car skins it says that my account has been blocked from this feature like some sort of account limitation, i cant work out how to update my settings to fix could someone please help.

    Do you have an active Xbox Live Gold membership or Game Pass Ultimate membership? A Gold account is required in order to access online features of Forza.

    and also i can play online multiplayer just cant access the community auction house and stuff like that?

    I've signed in on the new account and installed the xbox app and signed in on the other account on there and forza horizon 5 is not on the installed list
