Xbox app for Windows 10 - Sign in button doesn't work.

Hello good day! I have a problem accessing the Xbox App on my PC (Unable to sign in to Xbox Live / Access Denied / More Information).
My windows are all updated and activated (version 2004).
I have no problem accessing my or my brother's account.
I have no problem with hardware or software.
I can access everything from the Microsoft Store. The only problem is just logging into the Xbox App. Can you please help me?

I've tried multiple times to get the XBox app to work on my laptop (Windows 10 x64 ver. 1909 / build 18363.959). The problem is that when I click the "Sign In" button on the XBox Live sign in window, the button will click (momentary darker green color and
depressed graphic until left click is released), but not actually do anything. No username/password windows are displayed to enter my account info, and no error messages are displayed.

I can log into xbox.com fine. I can log into the console fine. I can update settings for the family group I created fine. My birthday on my profile is correct. None of the fixes I've seen on other threads work to make the button do it's job...

Please advise what I can do to make the Sign In button actually give me a dialog box to sign in...

I have a similar problem where I can't sign into the Xbox App because I click "sign in" and it does absolutely nothing, as well I can't sign into the Xbox Social tab in the Xbox Game Bar. I can't sign into any Windows 10 games meaning that I haven't been
able to play games like Sea of Thieves for some time now.

If only Xbox actually read up on these posts more often so that major problems like these become solved because it even took me a while to find this question.

Annoys me to hell that Xbox customer service doesn't read this, when this is very vital to our gaming experience. Look once I comment about the matter you'll get a reply with a maybe answer.

So you just need to configure your internet devices now.

They are unconfigured, so have access restrictions, causing these errors.

If you do not have knowledge, I advise you to contact the ISP that they will do for you

set a fixed ip for the console/PC, open the ports described below, disable and enable the UPnP function and disable the modem firewall, if you have a modem and a router the process has to be done on both devices.

Put console/PC IP in DMZ zone.

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

You can ask ISP(Internet Service Provider) for help
