Xbox App for windows 10 not connecting to the internet

Well, I'm trying to play some games in my Windows via the Xbox app, but when I click "sign in" it loads for a while and says it can't connect to the internet, although my internet is working normally on my PC. The app is updated.

Can the Windows Store verify an existing installation of game(s) downloaded previously or from files from another computer? Similar to Steam et al

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, you will need to click the install to download any digital content for PC.

If you have a Windows 10 device, you can now use the Xbox app to connect to the Xbox Live service.

Gamestreaming lagging since Windows Cumulative update KB3097617 (10/13/15)

Is anyone else seeing this? Ever since the Windows Cumulative update KB3097617 released on 10/13 streaming Xbox one games to my Windows 10 Pro PC is now laggy as hell.

I have two separate PC's in the house. Both have the exact same lag issue. And neither PC, nor my Xbox One have3 any bandwidth, or latency issues connecting to the internet. Also the Xbox Windows app passes the stream test all the way to very high encoding.

I've tried the Windows Xbox app, the beta, uninstalled and reinstalled the Xbox app through PowerShell. Aside from doing a clean install of Windows I can't think of anything else to try.
