    Xbox app for windows 10 can't log in


    Hi, I'm trying to log in both xbox app on my pc for multiple days and I keep getting error code (0x409) 0x80080300 could someone help me fix this problem.

    Different code but same problem. Can log into Xbox.com fine but can't log into Xbox One, Windows 10 Xbox app, or the Mobile app. Keeps asking for password over and over and over...

    A corrupted profile is one of the possible reasons why you are unable to log into your account to the Xbox app. For us to better help you with your concern, we need to get more information. Kindly answer the questions below:

    • Have you tried removing your account from Xbox app and sign in again?
    • Have you tried signing in a different profile to the Xbox app?

    In the meantime, we recommend that you restart your computer to normal startup. To proceed, kindly follow the steps below:

    1. Press Windows + R on the keyboard.
    2. Type msconfig, and then click OK.
    3. On the General tab, click the Normal Startup, and then click OK.
    4. When you are prompted to restart the computer, click Restart.

    After restarting your computer, we suggest that you run the troubleshooter for Windows apps using this
