Xbox app for pc wont download World War Z

I got the XBOX app for PC and tried to download World War Z and even bought the game seeing if that would help but it keeps throwing an error code 0x80073cf3. I've gone through all the fixes the xbox official fix list has and a couple others that I found in the forums like entering some code into powershell and downloading the ea play beta app but closing it before trying to download the game, ive run out of ideas and really hope i didnt just waste $30. Please help if you can

Unfortunately I have tried all the fixes on that list that are applicable but non of them seemed to work

not all games on the xbox game pass works on the pc world war z is another game thats not on the pc game pass which is abit annoying

For World War Z and it is the season pass. I bought two of them and gifted it to some friends but for some reason they can't use it on the pc version of it.

The PC version of World War Z on Game Pass can not use DLC from the Xbox One version.

Unless a PC game is on
this list it can not use DLC's for Xbox One, gifted or otherwise.
