    hi guy, I just subscribed to xbox ultimate game pass and installed the xbox app for pc. I open the xbox app, where I would click to install a games it says play with game pass. I click this link and brings me to a screen where I can join game pass but
    i already have game pass!. I try to join it again but its says "Give it another try something went wrong". I open the Account settings in the xbox app and under Subscriptions it says "We encountered an error and your subscriptions failed to load" is there
    a way to fixed these problems?.

    How can I unlock the game pass quests from having a padlock on them?

    I have had the same issue ever since I renewed Game Pass Ultimate last week.

    • Everything works except Game Pass Quests on phone app and console
    • Game Pass Ultimate subscriber bonus points arent available on Xbox app
    • Xbox app on PC shows I am currently subscribed to Game Pass PC plan even though I am subscribed to Game Pass Ultimate plan and it shows correctly on microsoft account page.

    Game Pass on both platforms.

    If you have bought Game Pass Ultimate, then it includes Games Pass for Xbox, Game Pass for PC, EA Play for Xbox, Cloud Gaming on android & Xbox Live Gold. So yes, you can use it on your PC.

    It's simple to use, download the Xbox app on your PC, log in with the account that has Game Pass Ultimate, and then download a game from the app, once downloaded, start the game.

    If I buy Ultimate on my pc will it also work for Xbox?

    Game Pass Ultimate contains Xbox Game Pass, PC Game Pass, EA Play (XBOX & PC), Cloud Gaming, and Xbox Live Gold. So yes, it will work on Xbox and PC.

    if you're using the xbox app of a pc check the account that has loged in in the microsoft store of the pc, that should be the one which has the xbox game pass ultimate, if you're talking about a phone then use the xbox game pass app, no the beta
