Xbox App for PC (Login Issue - Flash White Screen)

Hi All,

I am having some issues with the Xbox App for PC. I am able to login to the system, it flashes with white screen and never able to get to the pop up logon page.

I have tired the following with different combination:

1. Reinstall the App

2. Remove the cache within the C:\Users\[account]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\TokenBroker

3. Reset the Xbox App

4. Repair the Xbox App

5. Remove all MS accounts from the system

6. Reinstall Windows

7. Ensure the 4 xbox service is running

8. Reset and Repair MS Store

Please help if there are anything else I can try. I am unable to download any games or even use the app.

Have you tried a different network like a hotspot mobile?

Thanks for your time, I have just tired its the same.

This issue driving me crazy, I have reinstalled windows a number of times.

1. Reset Windows

2. Clean install via the Reset

3. Clean install via ISO

After the clean install it worked once but after reboot it reverted to the same issue.

I think this is a microsoft issue as this never happened until I upgrade the app 2 days ago.

Hi All,

I tried more clean install of windows, both windows 10 and windows 11 fails to login. Could this be related to Microsoft? And not my device?

Have you tried logging into the console companion app first and then the Xbox app?

I have the same issue with my series x with a white screen at my account login. I've tried resetting my console (twice), but the issue remains. I will get logged in with the Xbox app for the initial login after resetting, but subsequent logins are back to a white screen. Is there any other way to fix this issue than a soft reset?
