Thank you for contacting the Xbox support forums! Out of curiosity, which game(s) are you attempting to download?

In the meantime, you may try the following to see if this resolves the issue;

1) Visit the Microsoft Store application on PC
2) Type in the Game Pass game you're attempting to download
3) Select the title that has the Game Pass logo attached to it, should look something like



4) Once the game has been found, attempt to download/resume download through the Microsoft Store application

I hope this resolves the error, but if not please do not hesitate to respond back to this thread! Some games that are attached to EA Play may be different compared to the troubleshooting above. Knowing the titles that you're attempting to download will help us troubleshoot with you further

What could have happened is the download got corrupted and the system canceled the download and deleted the files. Unfortunately, there's nothing to do but start downloading again. I avoid turning off the PC while I'm downloading a game to avoid these issues.

You will have to cancel the downloads in the background and leave your console on while the download is made

But to turn off background downloads it says I need delete my cloud storage

Go to settings - system - storage - games and apps and erase the game's file, then delete system caché of your storage device rpessing "Y", turn off your console, turn it on again and after logging in go to configuration - account - and download again your
game, you are wellcome :3

For now, why not just turn off the Xbox at the wall, then sync your controller to your PC, then turn the Xbox back on at the wall. That way you wont turn the Xbox One on when syncing the controller to the PC.
