Xbox app for PC doesnt let me sign in.

I have gamespass ultimate and usually play some games on my pc but last November the app just stopped working. It wont let me sign in or download games. If I try to download a game it has a blank install location and wont let me change it. When I try to sign in the screen briefly goes black like it was about to sign me in but then doesnt do anything. I spent hours on the phone with xbox support back in November and they tried everything and said they couldnt fix it and told me to wait for an update. There has been lots of updates that dont do anything. I would like to get this fixed so Im not paying for ultimate for nothing.

Try installing in that case Windows 10 21H1, once installed try disabling automatic Windows updates, in that way the system will not be updated to 21H2 or above.

I also just did a clean boot start up and the problem is still happening

Yes they used powershell to uninstall gaming services and the xbox app and the microsoft store. They did this multiple times. We even tried making new users on my computer and tried everything one different accounts. The microsoft store has me signed in but not the xbox app.

If yes and the issue persists, I think our last option would be create a bootable USB drive using the Windows 10 21H1 ISO (as known as May 2021 update) and install it on your PC.

This all was happening when I was using windows 10 and I upgraded to windows 11 hoping it would fix it. I also have tired rolling back updates and versions hoping it would work too.
