    xbox app for pc cant be opened


    every time i try to open the xbox app for windows 10 i get a black screen with the xbox symbol in the middle (probably loading symbol), but then the symbol disappears and i have a black screen, and all i can do is closing it because everything else (right-clicking
    the symbol at the windows task bar and selecting an option) doesnt work (app will still stay black).

    I cant reinstall the app because i cant find where it is installed, and starting the xboxinstaller will freeze after clicking on "install", and i have to close it through task manager.

    i can still start installed games by using the windows search bar, but everything like install or uninstall games, browse the shop etc is not possible for me.

    my windows version is up-to-date.

    i wasnt able to find a solution yet, it would be nice if someone can help me with that issue.

    and also sorry for my english, i a not a native english speaker ^^

    My tabs don't open they just fail to open when trying to sign in through xbox app

    So I have already tried to restart my pc but it still did not work I signed out my pc still did not work because I can't even sign in to the Xbox app because the tab to sign in does not show up it opens then closes the tab instantly so I cant do that and I have done the open Xbox app through the Microsoft app and it still does not work.

    hello i had the same issue but on the opposite end i redeemed a code on the microsoft store on pc and cant play it on xbox

    I'm in the same boat, there seems to be a problem https://minecraftstatus.net/ I cannot login from the Minecraft launcher. I'm still logged in xbox app (app and windows key + G) Tried everything. Tried from my other PC and I cannot get Xbox app to update there. The game crashed yesterday while I was playing with my son, The game still works on his PC? Never seen anything like it.

    I'm scratching my head too.

    Which Windows you are using?

    Have you tried to run a system scan?

    Open the Terminal window by pressing the Windows Key + X and Select "Open Powershell as Administrator".

    Type this command: sfc /scannow

    Press Enter.

    If any error is found, follow the prompts to fix it.

    Then use the DISM command.

    Open the Terminal window by pressing the Windows Key + X and Select "Open Powershell as Administrator".

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
