Xbox App for mobile not letting me sign in

try to uninstall your application and install again after a few minutes, if the problem persists close the application and reopen it to load normally

I have the same problem and I've tried to re-download it multiple times. Mine started when a made another account and signed into it. I signed out and now I'm stuck at the login screen. I'm on an iPhone 6. Everywhere I look I'm told to sign into xbox.com
and follow some instructions to fix the problems with my account. I can't find any instructions. It's been 2-3 months since this issue started.

Try checking if your app is up to date. If it is, I would try deleting and re-installing the application.
