Xbox app error signing in

I have the xbox app on my Samsung Galaxy S8. I use to be able to sign in on the app but now I cannot sign in to any of my profiles. It has me choose an account then says "Sorry, we are unable to sign you in right now try again or try on xbox.com" I have
already tried uninstalling then reinstalling. I have no updates available either for the app.

You mean the store and app I can't sign into? The error is preventing me from signing into Microsoft. From the store, to the XBox app to Cortana.

Hi,

Go to your settings , app , select the Xbox app, scroll down til stockage , select delete data , and clear cache too.

Then try again Xbox app , you should get a login popup , enter your email + password then it should work.

I signed out on Microsoft Store App, and then signed back in using the same Microsoft account, but I cannot sign in on Xbox App it says, "We couldn't sign you in to Xbox live " and gives this error number: 0x8015DC0B.

If you haven't already please download the Xbox app on your platform from the app store and sign in there. If that has errors signing in, it should provide some more details on the error we can further troubleshoot. But if you can sign in there successfully,
then check to see if it will then let you sign into the Pocket Edition.

It may be because you signed in incorrectly or someone may already be signed in on the app on your xbox. It may not let two people be signed into this app at the same time and that may be why you are getting this error message.
