Xbox App - Error Code "0x89234013"

Hello!

Ever since I have installed the Xbox App on my PC, I have not been able to talk when I join my friends parties. Each and every time I try to it gives me the error code "0x089234013". I have reset my IP helper, uninstalled and reinstalled teredo, uninstalled
reinstalled xbox app, given myself a static IP, updated windows, messed with any firewalls, checked for antiviruses interrupting, reset my modem, messed around with teredo settings, reset my Xbox App settings, and a medley of other specific and overly complicated
things. My problem is my server connectivity is blocked, my teredo is fine and my NAT type is open. The only thing I could think of is there is some obscure file that is corrupted or not updated or just not working right. I don't believe it is my provider,
however that may be another possibility. I just wanted to know why when I looked up the error code I could find only 1 forum post about it and NOTHING on Xbox support about it. It seems like the Xbox App has given me some sort of ghost error that no one
has gotten? Anyways, I would appreciate any ideas that I have not already listed above

Error code 0x89234013 on Windows 10 Xbox app

I just got my computer about 4 days ago. When I first used it, I could use the Xbox app and talk to my friends who were on the Xbox One, but the past couple days for whatever reason it won't let me talk or stream games through my console. I can be in a party
by myself, but if I join anyone or they join me I get error code 0x89234013 and it tells me communication is blocked. My NAT type through the app is open, but my server connectivity shows up as blocked. There is nothing going on with Firewall from what I can
tell, and nothing on the website the app directs me to in order to fix this helped me. I also looked around on the internet for a good hour and a half and could find nothing. I can still talk through Discord as well, so it has nothing to do with my mic.

I have installed a few steam games, Star Wars the Old Republic and Epic Games Launcher. The only non-game thing I have installed is OBS, but this was installed when I was able to talk, so I don't think it could be this. If anyone knows any possible way to
fix this please tell me. I can't find this anywhere on the internet, and everything that has to do with this specific error code shows fixes for the Xbox One console, not the app. Any help is greatly appreciated and thanks ahead of time for anyone who helps.

If you have attempted all of the fixes on the
Teredo guide for Windows 10 then you will need to reach out to your ISP as the issue with lie with their equipment.

Be sure to let them know every step you have tried thus far and we wish you the best with solving the issue!

 

Same bro. Tried everything. Been on the phone with Xbox, Windows, Spectrum, Netgear. No solution. Bought my PC last week or so.
