    On the xbox app when ever i join a party i get an error 0x89231048. it also says the Terdo is unable to qualify and my server connectivity is blocked Please help

    Open an Admin command prompt. In the command prompt type netsh interface Teredo set state disable.

    Open up Device Manager. Go to View, then select Show Hidden Devices. Delete any network adapters with ‘Teredo’ in the name. You may have two showing, one named ‘Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-interface’ and one named ‘Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter’.

    Reboot the PC.

    Re-enable Teredo by running the following command in an Admin command prompt: netsh interface Teredo set state >type=default.

    Reboot the PC.
