    Hello, a constant issue persists when downloading games or launching games via Xbox app / Shortcut.

    I've even had the "sad face" that doesn't enable me to download games. After a thorough research and frustration...

    I have done the following to which the issue still persisted:

    • Reset / Repair
      • Xbox App
      • Xbox Game Bar
      • Xbox Accessories (yes I was trying to cover all bases)
      • Xbox Console Companion
      • Xbox Live
      • Microsoft Store
      • Gaming Services
    • Time and Date on Automatic
    • Checking the Xbox App Live Status (like isn't that the first thing people do)
    • Troubleshooter
    • Checking for Windows Updates
    • Using Command Prompt
      • SFC Scan
      • DoaDISM Scan
    • Even asking Microsoft Support Agent (give me a job now)
    • There was a solution to reinstall Windows 11 but I sure as heck would never do that.
    Yet after doing all of that, the issue still continues.. so, what I did (which helped me as a temp workaround):

    • Search the game via Microsoft Store and download there
    • Launch the game through Microsoft Store (not via shortcut or any other way)
    And voila, works. I hope this may help those who are suffering.
