Xbox app error 0x80004005 after selecting my account that I want to use to login

If you use Windows 7-10-11beta there should be an app to refresh your login status, works for xbox apps on pc for if you get error 0x80004005. Name of it is on the tip of my tongue but heres a link.

Hi, I launch fm2021 and during loading it presents the gaming Ui for username/email. After I add this the error shows as below

0x80004005 We can’t login at this moment please try later.

This has been over a week now.

I know the username an£ password work as I can login to Xbox live on line or via the console app. Hope that helps

I found a permanent solution that works. Login to your Microsoft account from a PC. setup 2 step verification. Then setup an 'app' password. (An app password is used to login to older MS devices like xbox 360 or windows 8 phone). Then login to your xbox
360 using the app password instead of your regular password. Then, select remember my password (if you want it to login without putting your password each time) .

I tested it. It works good. The problem initially occurred on my family profiles/xboxes that didn't have 'remember my password' enabled.
