    Xbox App, DVR


    I tied to disable the game DVR from the Xbox app after it lagged my games, but got an error. So I decided to delete the Xbox app all round which did nothing to I installed it back on. The only problem is, my game still lags... Does anyone has any idea on
    why? or how to remove the DVR again?

    I get this: "Something went wrong. Try again later." when trying to access the DVR settings.

    What do you mean DVR app? Some app for your own DVR or you referring to some Xbox app?

    I was talking about the Optimum app for remote scheduling.

    You have to go to your Game DVR app. Press the Xbox button and push left to get to your apps, and select Game DVR.

    Sounds like the issue comes from the DVR portion of the app. Try the steps on the

    game DVR on Xbox app     page on our website and let us know if the issue persists!
