Xbox app downloading games on pc without my say so

First, welcome to the Xbox community. Could you confirm if this issue only happens with the Wasteland 3 game, or other games install without your permission as well?

Anyway, the next time the game installs without your permission on your PC, please uninstall it and then follow the instructions below.

Type the term WSRESET in the windows search bar, run as administrator, wait for the window to open automatically close, restart your pc after that.

log into their account on pc, open the xbox app, sign them out of the xbox app and sign in with your account, download a game, if already installed on the other account it will be instant, sign out of the xbox app and back in with their account, play the game, have done this myself for my kids and my alt account on the same pc without issue (so far).

I read all that earlier and it tells you how to do it from the pc windows app and the game pass app but not the regular mobile app. Right now when i buy a game on the mobile all it downloads and installs on my home xbox which is currently my sisters. But
it does not download on my xbox i have to go to ready to install and download it from there. I want it to download on mine and mot my sisters without making my xbox the home xbox because then she will not be able to play the games i have bought.

Also I downloaded the xbox app/game pass app, and it says i dont have xbox ultimate (i fugured it out on my pc) but im confused what to do know for my phone
