Xbox App Download Problems

So i bought the pass and tried to install a game wtihout much success because i got an error 0x0000001 something like that and 0x00000000 right from the start, i went to ''find your error report'' i checked with the support virtual assistant i put all the codes it told me for Powershell, restarted my pc many times, reinstalling the app , repairing and resetting both xbox app and microsoft store,my system has all the updates , downloaded the EA desktop app and lastly checked with youtube guides many times but all was in vain nothing helped. What am i supposed to do, where can i report this problem so it can be solved, microsoft store is stuck in pending and the game simply wont install.

You can download the free Xbox Report a Problem app on your Xbox. Select Search, and then enter Xbox Report a Problem in the search box. Choose the app from the search results, and then select Download.

Hello Chrisr98, by your description you've made every possible attempt, and when you say you have your system up to date, you've even made optional system updates, they're needed on Windows, and you also need the Xbox App Companion installed, because it works with the Xbox App.

If you have tried all these possibilities, the ideal would be to reinstall the Windows on your PC, e perform all updates before before trying to install some game.

Hi, the problem on PC resolves by downloading the Xbox Beta app or simply restarting the normal Xbox app

On the tile in the Queue, press the Menu button ("Start" on Xbox 360) and if you can press delete, press that. If you cannot, select Manage App and then delete it from the next screen.

Then go to the App Store and download it from there.
