Xbox app doesnt work on my pc

So i have this problem where i cant access the xbox app on my pc. It started yesterday when i was trying to play halo infinite in the cloud gaming system, but the game simply would not load, the game wont even start loading like the page that shows the rocket thingy was nowhere to be seen, just a black screen. So after closing and opening the app a couple times the app just stopped working, it would just throw a white screen until i close it from the task manager, so i unistalled it and now i cant install it back, i tried from the microsoft store but the install button its bugged or glitched, and i tried to install it from the installer.exe at the microsoft page but it just doesnt work, same thing, it just starts running and then it crashes, i hope someone can help me pls i need to grind halo i bought 2 months of xbox game pass ultimate.

I tried all the basic stuff such as rebooting my pc, turning antivirus off, and uninstalling the app but none of this worked in fact as u can tell it got worse since i cant even download the app back

thank u jesse, i did the update and drivers thing and now everything seems to work, very fast response i apreciate it, have a nice day, i go back to grind halo now

First check if windows 10 is up to date. Make sure your time and date are correct on your windows settings.

There is an "Optional Updates" button in the smallest print. Kindly check and go to driver, and download the existing drivers needed. Then restart, plug in the Receiver. Go to the same optional updates, and updated the driver.

Make sure that this is turned on "Receive updates for other Microsoft products when you update Windows" under Advanced Options

Check for store updates: Start menu, select Microsoft Store > More > Downloads and updates > Get updates.

If Updating the system doesn't help, I'll suggest you run a scan to check for problems and repair them.

Press Windows + R, type cmd, and press Ctrl + Shift + Enter to run Command Prompt as administrator. Next type sfc /scannow in Command Prompt window, and press Enter to start to scan and repair corrupt system files in Windows 10.

if you are using windows 10 try rightclicking the app and click run as administrator if that doesnt work have you tried reinstalling it or making a second user on that pc/laptop

if this still doesnt work and you signed into the xbox app your account could have restrictions on it. to check this go to your privacy settings and look at account restrictions.

if this still doesnt work make sure the app runs to your pc's bit rate. to see this open your control pannel and search "specifications" that should list if your pc is 32 or 64 bit if its 32 bit rightclick the xbox beta app and open its folder then look
for xbox beta (32 bit) or 64 bit depending on what the specs said if this still doesnt work there could either be a bug with your hard drive or with the app's compatibility with your pc its self.

every controller i connect to my pc doesnt work but if it is connected to another pc or an xbox it works

I am also unable to sign into my xbox live from the console home page. When I select the window to connect, it takes me to my network connection page. All tests pass. When trying to play Valhalla, after launching the game l get a message to try again later,
or use offline as there is a temporary network problem.
